At Cassie's Place, we believe in the transformative power of volunteering to create meaningful experiences for both our campers and volunteers alike. We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join us in providing a safe and enriching summer camp experience for our campers and their families.
Volunteer Requirements:
Volunteer positions are contingent upon the successful completion of the following:
- Criminal and Sex Offender Registry Background Checks: Ensuring the safety and well-being of our campers is our top priority. All volunteers must undergo background checks to maintain a secure environment.
- Agreements and Policies: Volunteers are required to review and sign acknowledgment forms for our agreements and policies, ensuring understanding and compliance.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
As a volunteer at Cassie's Place, you'll have the opportunity to make a world of difference in the lives of our campers. Under the supervision of our dedicated staff, volunteers will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with various camp activities.
Volunteer Criteria:
- Minimum Age: Volunteers must be at least 17 years old.
- Education: Secondary school students or graduates are welcome to apply.
- Passion: We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to working with individuals with disabilities and making a positive impact in their lives.
- Availability: Volunteers are expected to be available for the full camp day from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
